Return & Cancellation Policy
In the event you receive an item that you wish to return, our Return Policy is as follows:
Item is defective or broken when received.
- Damaged merchandise must be reported with a picture sent within 3 days of receiving items by emailing c[email protected] . Chickadees is not responsible for items that have been damaged as a result of use.
- Upon review of the damaged merchandise report, Chickadees will contact customer to determine the preferred resolution.
- Chickadees permits returns for a full refund to the original form of payment, or store credit, if the following conditions are strictly followed:
- A Return Request is emailed to c[email protected] within 3 Days of receipt.
- The Item is in its original condition: NO makeup, deodorant marks, smells (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), unaltered, unwashed and free of pet hair. Tag still attached.
- Customer pays return shipping and the item is received within 7 days of Chickadees approving the return by reply to the return request.
- Items NOT Returnable: Jewelry, socks, sale or clearance Items. Any items not purchased through the official site.
Any order cancellation requests must be emailed to c[email protected] All cancellations are for store credit only and can only be processed if the order has not been processed and shipped.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of item(s). Store credit will be added to your account and applied to your next purchase(s).
